Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most Shopify and Klaviyo tasks are completed within 48 hours. Urgent items are prioritized based on impact. Larger requests are broken down into smaller tasks and generally take longer to complete. I will provide an estimated completion date for each task requested for transparency.

  • Yes — all plans are flexible and can scale up or down based on your store’s needs.

  • Yes — I’ll need access to your Shopify + Klaviyo accounts and any brand visuals, logos, or existing content.

  • I use a project management software called Notion where all collaboration and communication will take place. I keep it clean and organized.

  • Schedule a kickoff call, subscribe to this service, and we'll add you to your very own Notion board.

    Further instructions on how to use the Notion board will be covered in our kickoff call.

  • Typically, we meet for a kickoff call, then connect bi-weekly. Within Notion, I also share updates + loom videos to help provide context and save us both time.

  • If you are not happy with this service within the first week, you may request a refund to receive 75% of your initial investment back. After the first week of working together, there will be no refunds issued due to the nature of this work.

  • Majority of the work I do myself. But depending on the task I may pull in a local talented designer to help with a design for a email for example. This is included in this service.
