Support covers a defined monthly queue of work, set on the discovery call, so turnaround stays fast.
What about a bigger project, like a new theme or a migration?
That is Launch on Shopify, a fixed project. Support picks up after launch for the ongoing work.
What is not included in Support?
SEO (an app can be set up), full-service copywriting, A/B testing, and ad management. Testing lives in the Grow package.
Can I ship A/B tests with Support?
Testing lives in the Shopify CRO package. You do not need a Support package to ship tests there.
