Four tools to optimize your Shopify conversion rate

Purpose: Collect visitor data via heatmaps and recordings

3. Hotjar

Purpose: Collect real time visitor site feedback via a small on screen pop-up

Hotjar is a product experience insights tool that gives you behavior analytics and feedback data. I primary use it for its free survey feature to collect that valuable real time feedback from users of the site.

Purpose: Connects to your Google Optimize to report on A/B testing performance. Also helpful to understand landing page performance.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. With Shopify you can enabled "enhanced ecommerce" to collect data related to ecommerce transactions: item data, impression data, product data, promotion data, and action data. This information gives you a snapshot of your company’s health by providing an overarching view of how visitors interact with your ecommerce website.
